From a young age, Kate Nicole Corliss was immersed in the construction industry as she watched her parents start and grow their own remodeling business.

In 2015, Kate started an interior design company and blog, sharing her passion for home design while working in her parent’s Long Island office.

As her family’s construction business continued to expand, she saw that there was a disconnect between construction and design.

With a desire to give each client a relaxed experience, Kate began a new career as the company’s in-house designer.

Kate found that it was important to envelope herself in the construction, learning about different aspects of the build process so that she could create designs that were not just beautiful, but also functional.

From the initial meeting to the final walk-through,
Kate’s objective is to create designs that are luxe & livable. By personally over seeing each project herself, Kate can ensure that each client is guided through the design process with ease and that they are provided with an experience that is enjoyable and professional.
